MHC North Carolina, Kansas City Honored with Kenworth Dealer Awards for Outstanding Customer Service and Support

Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC) is proud to announce its achievement of two prestigious Kenworth dealer awards, showcasing its commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

In North Carolina, MHC was named the 2023 Kenworth PremierCare Gold Dealer of the Year for a second consecutive year. This recognition acknowledges MHC Kenworth – North Carolina’s outstanding accomplishment in meeting PremierCare Gold standards, including ExpressLane availability, extended hours, well-stocked PACCAR MX engine parts inventories, highly-skilled service technicians and roadside assistance service.

The region’s ten locations, including Asheville, Clinton, Concord, Durham, Greensboro, Hickory, Raleigh, Rocky Mount and Wilmington, N.C., and Fort Mill, S.C., each maintained 100% PremierCare Gold requirements. Notably, MHC Kenworth – Charlotte and MHC Kenworth – Greensboro both offer premium truck service seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Furthermore, MHC’s Kansas City region earned the Kenworth Medium Duty Dealer of the Year award for its outstanding achievements in sales, exemplary business practices and commitment to superior customer service. This marks the second consecutive year and sixth overall win for the Kansas City region, covering locations in Columbia, Kansas City and St. Joseph, Mo., and Olathe and Topeka, Kan.

Kenworth cited MHC for its diverse customer base, increase in designated medium duty employees, outstanding customer relationships and completion of all required sales trainings. Additionally, MHC Kenworth – Kansas City and MHC Kenworth – Tennessee were both honored with Kenworth’s Gold Award, recognizing their exemplary performance within the Kenworth dealership network, and MHC Kenworth – Georgia received Kenworth’s Silver Award.

Throughout 2023, the Kansas City region strategically focused on Kenworth’s medium duty product lineup, with a focus on the versatile T380 model. MHC also made significant investments in its people and services to better support its customers, including a $26 million expansion of MHC Kenworth – Charlotte’s state-of-the-art facility in Fort Mill, S.C. With the expansion, MHC’s network now spans 19 states, offering award-winning, around the clock service and parts availability.
