Murphy-Hoffman Company will take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information, and will not knowingly distribute any information you submit through this Site.  However, because of the open nature of the Internet, we recommend that you not submit information you consider confidential. MHC uses cookies to collect anonymous traffic data. 

Disclosure: Murphy-Hoffman Company will not disclose to outside parties any personally identifiable information obtained from the submission of an e-mail inquiry without the consent of the sender (except as required by subpoena or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others).   

Responses to E-mail Inquiries: When visitors send e-mail inquiries to Murphy-Hoffman Company, the return e-mail address is used to answer the e-mail inquiry we receive.  Murphy-Hoffman Company does not use the return e-mail address for any other purpose and does not share the return e-mail address with any third party. 

Improper Conduct: Murphy-Hoffman Company may use sender identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the Terms of Use.
